AOIFE VAN LINDEN TOL STUDIO CHARITY WORK
OFFICIAL CHARITIES
The charities we are focused on support what I believe are the fundamentals of how we are going to save the planet.
Conservation is key but education for women is also vital.
PLANTLIFE
Plantlife is a UK based charity who work across the globe with partners to
promote the conservation of wild plants for the benefit of all. Plantlife International was one of the organisations that developed the Global Strategy for Plant Conservation
MALALA FUND
Investing in girls’ education is good for our planet.
The Brookings Institution calls secondary schooling for girls the most cost-effective and best investment against climate change.
Research also suggests that girls’ education reduces a country’s vulnerability to natural disasters.
At this moment, nearly 130 million girls are out of school. Even more are in school but not learning.
Malala Fund is focused on accelerating progress — challenging systems,
policies and practices so all girls can access 12 years of free, safe, quality education.
Aoife van Linden Tol also donates work to charity auctions.

THE BOMB
Over seven decades have passed since a city was destroyed by a nuclear weapon, but the danger never went away. We are now confronted with a world in which nine nations possess about 15,000 nuclear weapons. The typical weapon in the American arsenal is about 20 times more powerful than the bomb detonated at Hiroshima.

BLACK LIVES MATTER
RUNNYMEDE TRUST
Runnymede is the UK's leading independent race equality think tank. We generate intelligence to challenge race inequality in Britain through research, network building, leading debate, and policy engagement.
Runnymede is working to build a Britain in which all citizens and communities feel valued, enjoy equal opportunities, lead fulfilling lives, and share a common sense of belonging.
In order to effectively overcome racial inequality in our society, we believe that our democratic dialogue, policy, and practice, should all be based on reliable evidence from rigorous research and thorough analysis.
Our authoritative research-based interventions in social policy and practice, and our public engagement with decision makers, will assist policy-makers, practitioners, and citizens, to reduce the risk of our society being blighted by racism and discrimination to the detriment of us all.
Runnymede is independent and funded by donations. We would like to extend our deep gratitude to our trustees, patrons and supporters, without whose support we could not continue our work.
CONCERVATION INTERNATIONAL
For over thirty years, Conservation International has worked to spotlight and secure the critical benefits that nature provides to humanity. Combining fieldwork with innovations in science, policy and finance, we’ve helped protect more than 6 million square kilometers (2.3 million square miles) of land and sea across more than 70 countries.
Today, with offices in more than two dozen countries and a worldwide network of thousands of partners, our reach is truly global. But we couldn't have made it this far without you. Your contributions support our work to protect nature for the benefit of us all.
SHOW RACISM THE RED CARD
Show Racism The Red Card is an anti-racism educational charity. We aim to combat racism through enabling role models, who are predominately but not exclusively footballers, to present an anti-racist message to young people and others. Show Racism The Red Card acknowledges that racism changes, as do the experiences of Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities in the UK. Our message and activities therefore need to be able to respond to such changes as and when appropriate.
CRISIS FOR CALAIS
JAMIES FARM
Jamie’s Farm acts as a catalyst for change, enabling disadvantaged young people to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
We do this through a unique residential experience and rigorous follow-up programme, combining farming, family and therapy.
Our vision
Vulnerable young people nationwide will be better equipped to thrive during secondary school years and beyond.
GUERRILLA GIRLS
The Guerrilla Girls are feminist activist artists. Over 55 people have been members over the years, some for weeks, some for decades. Our anonymity keeps the focus on the issues, and away from who we might be. We wear gorilla masks in public and use facts, humor and outrageous visuals to expose gender and ethnic bias as well as corruption in politics, art, film, and pop culture.
We undermine the idea of a mainstream narrative by revealing the understory, the subtext, the overlooked, and the downright unfair. We believe in an intersectional feminism that fights discrimination and supports human rights for all people and all genders.
